- Applicants are screened to determine if the applicant meets general guardian requirement.
- Those who meet our general requirement are offered a standard application and are given an initial interview by our Human Resources Team.
- Applicants are given an aptitude test to access various skills including a report writing assessment.
- Applicants who passed our assessment will go through additional interview before being they are deployed to guard duty.
- All security guards are trained above and beyond the requirement of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
